Personal information will not be released to third parties, unless required by law, or is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or proceedings. There are no other circumstances under which we will provide or sell personal information to third parties.
You will be sent an acknowledgement e-mail to inform you that we have received your order. Once we have finished processing your order, our staff will contact you either via phone or e-mail to verify that all order details are correct. Afterwards, you will be sent an order confirmation e-mail which will state the delivery date, time, and your order information.
Our staff will contact you within 24 hours (working days). Delivery will be made the next working day upon order confirmation. Please note that no delivery will be made during Weekends and Public Holidays.
We take great pains to ensure that the delivered order is accurate and that the stocks are fresh. We recommend that you check your delivery against your order immediately upon receipt. In the event that there is a discrepancy (ie. shortage of an item/s or wrong item/s delivered), please inform our office (Tel. No. 6777 0262) immediately. Such notification must be made within 24 hours of the delivery. Our operating hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, Mondays to Fridays only. We recommend that you call our office while our delivery staff is still at your premises.
Orders cannot be cancelled or amended after we have sent your order confirmation. No refund will be given for the full amount charged thereafter. Should you wish to purchase additional items, you may place a new order.
