HOW TO COOK
<INGREDIENTS>2-3SERVINGS
BEAN SPROUT 200-250G
CHINESE CHIVE 50G
SLICED PORK 100G
PAPATTO SAUCE 1 PACK

<PREPARATIONS>
1. SOAK BEAN SPROUT IN WATER FOR ABOUT 5MINS AND DRAIN IT WELL.
2. CUT THE CHINESE CHIVE INTO 5CM LENGTH.
3. CUT THE PORK INTO PIECES.

<DIRECTIONS>
1. HEAT THE OIL IN A FRYING PAN. OVER MEDIUM HEAT, SAUTE THE PORK.
2. ONCE THE PORK IS COOKED, ADD BEAN SPROUT AND CHINESE CHIVE.
3. ONCE EVERYTHING IS WELL COOKED, ADD THE "PAPATTO SAUCE",
MIX THEM ALL AND IT'S READY TO SERVE.
