EGG HALF PC
ONION 1/4 PCS (70GM)
SPROUT 30GM
GARLIC 1PC
POTATO STARCH 1 TBL SPOON
GINGER SUITABLE AMOUNT

PREPARATION:
PORK: CUT INTO SLICE FORM. ADD EGG & POTATO STARCH. MIX WELL.
RED BELL PEPPER, GREEN BELL PEPPER & ONION: CUT INTO SLICE.
GARLIC & GINGER: CHOP IT

COOKING HINT:
STEAM VEG. & STORE IN CHILLED, IN ORDER TO KEEP IT MOISTURE WELL.

ALTERNATELY:
YOU CAN CHOOSE BEEF & CHICKEN INSTEAD OF PORK.

HOW TO COOK:
1. ADD 2 TABLE SPOON OIL IN FRY PAN, HEAT WITH HIGH FLAME. FRY BELL PEPPERS, ONION & SPROUT. ADD 300CC HOT WATER. STEAM IT QUICKLY. REMOVE OUT BY USING STRAINER.
2. HEAT FRY PAN, ADD 2 TBL SPOON OIL. LOOSEN MEAT & FRY IT. ADD GARLIC & GINGER, FRY IT . ADD VEG & DR-1447, FRY AGAIN.
