NIHON SHOKEN STEAK SAUCE KURO KOSHO
Japanese style soy sauce base combined with a lot of spices and red wine. You can use this sauce for beef, pork, chicken and seafood as well. Just pour on the grilled ingredients.
NIHON SHOKEN STEAK SAUCE OROSHI
Very fresh and rich flavor with a lot of grated Daikon radish especially go well with marbled Steaks.

~ SIMPLE COOKING USING FRYING PAN ~
HAMBURGER STEAK
1. First, dent the centre before frying it.
2. Heat the frying pan with some oil, then fry the surface with medium heat.
3. Once the surface was nicely cooked, turnover the meat patty and fry the other side with the same heat,
4. Cover with a lid and switch to low flame. Let it cook thoroughly and slowly.
5. Prick it with a skewer. If red bouillon appears, it means unripe. If transparent bouillon appears, it means ripe.
