Recipe - DR-3076 HOUSE EX EX JAVA CURRY HOT (CURRY ROUX: HOT)
CURRY GYOZA
Ingredients ( 6 pieces )
Mix peas 150g
Curry 2 cubes
Salt 1 pinch
Gyoza skin 6 pieces
Onion Half
Corn Starch Shoyu 1 tsp Konbu Dashi

Directions
1. Fry the mix peas and onion together with a little bit of salt and oil.
2. Mix 3 spoons of Konbu Dashi with 2 cubes of House Curry.
3. Add a little bit of Shoyu and stir.
4. Turn the fire off when the curry thickens.
5. Place about a teaspoonful of curry mix peas on a gyoza skin.
6. Wet the edge of the skin with cornstarch water, only in a semicircle, and fold over to cover the filling. Press the edges of the gyoza skin together to seal in the filling.
7. Add a little bit of water into the pan and heat it up.
8. Pan fry the gyoza until all the water has vaporized. Then remove the gyoza from the heat.
