LONG CABBAGE 1/4 HEAD
LEEK 1PC
SHIITAKE MUSHROOM 4PCS
CARROT 1/3
TOFU 1PC
FRIED BEAN CURD 2PCS
NABE SHOYU SOUP 1PKT

*TO MAKE CHICKEN BALL, PREPARE BEFORE PREPARATION FOR STEAMBOAT:
MINCED MEAT CHICKEN 200GM STARCH (DR-1728) 2 SMALL MEASURING SPOON
EGG 1 GINGER JUICE & SALT SUITABLE AMOUNT LEEK.
SAKE (DR-2816, DR-2804) 1 BIG MEASURING SPOON
1. MIX ALL TOGETHER UNTIL THE MIXTURE BECOMES STICKY. ROLL INTO SMALL MEAT BALLS.

DIRECTIONS FOR STEAMBOAT:
1. SHAKE THE NABE SOUP WELL BEFORE OPENING. POUR THE SOUP INTO THE STEAMBOAT POT. TURN ON THE FIRE.
2. ONCE BOILED, ADD THE MEATBALLS AND CHICKEN. TURN TO MEDIUM FLAME. REMOVE ANY FOAM ON TOP. ADD THE VEGETABLES. * LONG CABBAGE LEAF ADD ON LAST.
3. BOIL UNTIL COOKED.
*TO YOUR LIKING, YOU MAY ADD PORK, MIZUNA VEGETABLE, SHUNGIKU VEGETABLE AND SHIRATAKI (SC-056).
