Recipe - DR-2095 DAISHO TORI DANGO NABE SOUP (SOUP BASE FOR STEAMBOAT: CHICKEN)
DR-2095 DAISHO TORIDANGO NABE SOUP

(3 to 4 servings)
Ingredients:
Chicken Ball 300gm
Long Cabbage 1/4 head
Spinach 1bunch
Carrot 1/3
Tofu 1pkt
Shiitake mushroom 4pcs
Kuzukiri 30gm (DR-2632)
Nabe soup 1pkt

*To make Chicken Ball, prepare before preparation for steamboat:
Minced meat chicken 250gm, carrot chopped 10gm, leek chopped 20gm, egg yolk 1pc, cooking sake (DR-2816, DR-2804) 1 table spoon. Starch 2 tea spoon (DR1728). Salt 1/3 tea spoon. Ginger juice suitable amount.
1. Mix all together until the mixture becomes sticky. Roll into small meat balls.

Directions for steamboat:
1. Shake the Nabe soup well before opening. Pour the soup into the steamboat pot. Turn on the fire.
2. Once boiled, add the meatball. Turn to medium flame. Remove any foam on top. Add the vegetables.
3. Boil until cooked.
*Long cabbage leaf & Spinach add on last.
*To your liking, you may add chicken, leek, enoki mushroom, fried bean curd.
