Recipe - TR-086 SHINJIKO YAMATO SHIJIMI (SHIJIMI CLAM)
1. Add water (400cc) to a pot and bring to a boil.
2. Add frozen clams (200g) to the boiling pot (do not thaw the clams before adding them).
3. Once boiling, check that the shells are open and then turn off the heat or reduce the heat to low.
4. Skim off any scum.
5. For miso soup, add miso; for clear soup, add salt, salmon, and a little soy sauce to taste.
