Dashi rolled egg
[Ingredients (for 2-3 servings)]
Eggs…3
White dashi with flying fish stock…2 teaspoons
Water…50ml
Oil…appropriate amount
 
[Recipe]
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
2. Add the white dashi and water to ? and mix well.
3. Heat oil in an omelet pan, pour in ? in about 4 batches, and roll it up.
