Recipe - *DR-2328 KUBARA WASHOKU AGODASHI TERITARE (TERIYAKI SAUCE)
Teriyaki chicken
[Ingredients (for 2 servings)]
Chicken thigh…1 piece
Japanese-style dashi teriyaki sauce…2 tablespoons

[Recipe]
1. Pierce the chicken skin in several places with a fork.
Place the chicken skin-side down and make cuts to ensure the meat is of even thickness.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan. Cook the chicken skin-side down. Once browned, flip and cook over low heat.
3. Once cooked through, wipe off excess oil with a paper towel. Add the Japanese-style dashi teriyaki sauce and cook over medium heat, coating both sides.

?Piercing the skin in several places with a fork helps the sauce adhere better.
