Recipe - *SC-553 MARUMO AOKI KOKUSAN ZENKOUJI SHIRO (WHITE SOYBEAN PASTE)
Miso Soup (serves 4)

Ingredients :
Radish - 70gm
Carrot - 30gm
Usuage (Japanese Bean Curd) - ½ piece (SR-028, 029)
Marumo Aoki Miso - 70gm
Dashinomoto - ½ teaspoon (DR2410)
Water - 3½ cup

(1) Remove the skin of the radish and carrot and slice them thinly.

(2) Dip the usuage in a separate bowl of hot water to remove excess oil . Drain and cut it into strips.

(3) Put all ingredients in a pot and add in the 3 ½ cup of water. Boil till carrot and radish become tender.

(4) In a small bowl, combine the miso with 2 tablespoon of the broth and mix well. Stir the thinned miso into the soup.

(5) Simmer gently for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
