HOUSE BISTRO CHEF BEEF STEW
• Once opened, if not used completely, please transfer to an air-tight container and store in refrigerator.
• If store in the refrigerator for a long period of time, the surface of the cubes may turn white due to the presence of oil in the product. There is no problem with the item.
• If item is stored in a warm place, the cubes may change shape due to the melting down of the oil in the product.

Bistro Chef Beef Stew 1 box (220gm)
Beef (Shoulder or thigh) 800gm
Onions, Medium 2 pcs (400gm)
Potatoes, Medium 3 pcs (450gm)
Carrots, Medium 1pc
Salad Oil (or butter) 30ml
Water 1100ml (5½ cups)

1. Cut meat, onions and carrots into bite sizes. Heat a little oil in a pot and stir-fry ingredients.
2. Add water and cook until the beef is soft using a small to medium flame (about 20 minutes). Cut potatoes into bite sizes and add into pot. Cook for another 10 minutes. Please remove any white foam that forms at the top as it boils.
*It will take a longer time to cook if you are using meat around the stomach area. As such, please add water a little by little as it simmers.
3. Switch off the flame once boiled and break cubes into the pot. Ensure that they dissolve well.
4. Turn on the fire and cook until it is gravy-like, approximately 10 minutes.
*If meat and vegetables are smaller in size, it will take a shorter time to cook.
