Recipe: OMU RICE (2 servings)
Ingredients – Chicken thigh 100gm Onion ½
Green bell pepper 1pc Salad oil 15ml

1. Cut Chicken thigh and onions into bite sizes, and bell pepper into 1cm slice.
2. Heat up salad oil in a frying pan. Put in chicken, bell pepper, onion and ketchup. Fry together.
3. Add in 300gm of cooked rice. Using strong fire, fry together and fast.
4. Add in salt and pepper to your liking. Then, remove from the pan.
5. Prepare 3 eggs. Add in salt, pepper and butter to your liking. Mix evenly. Pour in ½ the mixture into the frying pan – move the pan to make it round (the shape of the pan). Add in ½ the rice and wrap it up. Repeat the same step for the other half.
6. Place the wrapped rice and display on the plate. Squeeze some ketchup on top. Ready to serve.
