Recipe - *DR-1130 BULL-DOG TONKATSU SAUCE (DIPPING SAUCE)
DR-1130 Tonkatsu Sauce

PORK CUTLET:

1. Slice the veins of the pork loin. Then, use a meat hammer to hit the pork loin so as to increase its tenderness. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on it.
2. Coat the meat with corn flour. Pat it lightly to remove any excess corn flour. Next, dip the pork loin in beaten egg before coating it with Nissin Saoft Panko (DR-1739).
*It will enhance the pork cutlet's taste if you add a little milk to the egg.
3. Pour sufficient oil into a frying wok and heat up the oil to 170~180 degree Celcius. (To test if the oil is of the right temperature, throw in a little breadcrumb in the center of the wok. If it floats up to the side cooked. the temperature is just right.)
4. Gently slide the piece of meat into the wok. Deep fry till golden brown, taking care to turn it around occasionally to ensure that the meat is well cooked. Drain oil from pork cutlet and serve with tonkatsu sauce (DR1130).
