HOUSE THE CURRY AMAKUCHI / CHUKARA / KARAKUCHI Once opened, please use all. - if stored in a cold place for a long period of time, the cubes will turn white on the surface due to the nature of oil present in them. if stored in a warm place, the oil in the cubes may melt, the cubes will soften and hence change shape. There is no problem with the product. Ingredients (5 servings): Curry 1 box Meat 300gm Onion, medium 2 pcs (400gm) Salad oil / butter 15ml Water 600ml (3 cups) *You may wish to add: Potatoes , medium 1pc (150gm) Carrots, medium ½ pc (100gm) 1. Cut the meat and onions (and vegetables if any) into bite size. Heat a little oil and stir-fry. 2. Pour in the water. Remove any foam that appears on top as it boils. 3. Pour in the stock paste (found inside the box) and continue to simmer in small – medium flame for approximately 15 minutes. 4. Switch off the fire. Break the cubes into the pot and ensure that they dissolve well. Continue to simmer with small flame for another 10 minutes.
