PREPARATION:
EGGPLANT: REMOVE EGGPLANT HEAD END AND CUT INTO SLICE TO 8PCS.
LEEK: CHOP LEEK (SIZE BIGGER THAN GARLIC & GINGER)
GARLIC: CHOP GARLIC
GINGER: CHOP GINGER
COOKING HINT:
EGGPLANT STIR FRY WITH ENOUGH OIL (4 TABLE SPOON)
ALTERNATELY:
YOU MAY USE FOR BEEF OR CHICKEN MINCED MEAT / BOK CHOY (CHINESE CABBAGE)
HOW TO COOK:
STIR FRY EGGPLANT:
1. HEAT UP FRY PAN WITH BIG FLAME, ADD 4 TBL SPOON OIL, STIR FRY EGGPLANT TILL GOLDEN COLOR. DRAIN OFF OIL WITH STRAINER.
STIR FRY MINCED MEAT:
2. HEAT UP FRY PAN WITH MIDIUM FLAME, ADD 1 TBL SPOON OIL, STIR FRY MINCED MEAT. ADD GARLIC & GINGER STIR FRY.
ADD SAUCE:
3. ADD EGGPLANT & 1 PKT DR-1448. ONCE COOKED ADD LEEK & MIX WELL.
