DR-1738 NISSIN KARAAGE KO Recipe 1: PORK ROLL 1. Slice pork meat into 8 long pieces. Place it on a plate and spinkle some karaage flour. 2. Cut 1 packet of asparagus and ¼ of carrot into strips – the length of the meat that is wrapping up the vegetables. (the shorter length) 3. Roll it with the vegetables inside the meat. Wrap it up. Sprinkle some karaage flour again and leave it for 3 minutes. 4. Heat up 1 teaspoon of salad oil, put the end of the pork roll at the bottom first. Slowly turn and flip when 1 side is cooked. Do it slowly otherwise the pork roll will open up. Recipe 2: FRIED CHICKEN 1. Put some Karaage flour into a bowl. Put the vegetables / Fish / Meat into the bowl and mix well. Leave it for 3 minutes. 2. In a frying pan, heat up salad oil to about 160 to 170 Degree Celsius, and fry. *Eggs are not required.
