Recipe - *DR-1146 DAISHO OKINAWA KAKUNI NO TARE (SAUCE FOR PORK)
 
PORK BELLY 300 - 500 GM
1 PKT DR-1146 
WATER 400 ML

1. CUT PORK BELLY 2-3 CM AND PLACE IN A POT. ADD WATER TILL COVER PORK.

2. BOIL IT IN A POT AND ONCE COOKED, STOP FLAME AND POUR PORK INTO STRAINER. RINSE OFF WITH WATER AND REMOVE FOAM FROM PORK. (THROW AWAY WATER FROM POT AND WASH)

3. PLACE MEAT, 1 PKT OF DR-1146 AND 400 ML OF WATER. ONCE BOILED, TURN TO SMALL FLAME AND COVER WITH LID. COOK FOR 50 MINS. (SOMETIMES TURN OVER PORK)
