DR-1802, DR-1804 EBARA ASAZUKE NO MOTO REGULAR / ASSARI KONBU (KELP STOCK)
Description:
Once open, MUST be kept refrigerated. It can be used for vegetables such as cucumber, carrot, egg plant, radish and turnip.
Recipe 1: COMMON
1. 1/5 bottle of Asazuke = 200gm of vegetables. Cut vegetables into slices. Soak in item inside a plastic bag.
2. Seal packet and leave it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
3. Drain water away and squeeze vegetables dry. Ready to be served.
Recipe 2: ASA TORO – DON (2 servings)
Ingredients - Nagaimo (Japan Mountain Yam) 150gm
Cucumber 1pc Rice to your liking
Tuna 1can Asazuke no moto to your liking
1. Cut cucumber and nagaimo into 4-cm strips.
2. Soak (1) in asazuke no moto inside a plastic bag and chill for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
3. Pour out excess water. Leaving vegetables inside the plastic bag, use a wooden rolling pin/chopsticks to hit the vegetables.
4. Place (3) onto a bowl of rice. Drain oil away from tuna can, place tuna on top and it is ready to serve.
*You may wish to soak some myoga ginger together with the nagaimo & cucumber. Sprinkle some seaweed & sesame before serving.
