[TO MAKE A TASTY YAKISOBA]

1) WASH THE NOODLE IN WATER TO REMOVE EXCESS OIL.

2) STIR-FRY SEPARATELY VEG (JAPANESE LEEK IS GOOD FOR FLAVOR) WITH LARD AND THE NOODLE TO BE PARTLY CRISPY.

3) BEFORE STIR-FRYING VEG AND NOODLE, FRYING OIL SHALL BE PUT GRATED GINGER.

4) MIX VEG AND NOODLE ON THE PAN, THEN STEAM AND ROAST.

5) PUT SEASONING TO THE NOODLE AND MIX THE WHOLE.
