This special pure rice sake is freshly packed and made using the five senses of the brewers, making full use of the characteristics of the raw rice, which varies in quality every year depending on the weather and rice growing conditions. It has an elegant sweetness, a bitter and sharp aftertaste, and a light and clear Muscat-like aroma.

"HIYAOROSHI" is seasonal sake with mellow aroma and round taste,
which is released in the autumn.
The sake is brewed with new rice harvested in the previous autumn
and stored after pasteurization in the spring.
It matures throughtout the summer developing unique flavors until the autumn.
