Recipe - *DR-1456 HEICHINROU KUROSU SUBUTA (SAUCE (CHILI BEAN PASTE BASED) FOR SWEET AND SOUR PORK)

SERVES 3~4 PERSONS

INGREDIENTS.
PORK SHOULDER OR PORK THIGH: APPROX. 300 G
EGG: 1/2 EGG
POTATO STARCH: 2 TBSP
SALT AND PEPPER: A PINCH

PREPARATION
CUT THE PORK INTO CUBES, SPRINKLE WITH A LITTLE SALT AND PEPPER, DIP IN BEATEN EGG, DUST WITH 2 TBSP POTATO STARCH AND LEAVE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 10 MINUTES.

1 FRY THE MEAT (HOT)
HEAT ABOUT 300 ML OIL IN A FRYING PAN AND DEEP-FRY THE MEAT AT 180°C. REMOVE WHEN THE MEAT IS GOLDEN BROWN.

2 ADD THE SAUCE (MEDIUM HEAT)
ADD THE FRIED PORK AND THE PRODUCT AND STIR-FRY TOGETHER.
