75°C 30 SECONDS

1 PUT TEA BAGS IN A TEAPOT OR CLAY POT AND POUR SLIGHTLY COOLED HOT WATER. PLEASE ADJUST THE AMOUNT OF TEA BAGS AND HOT WATER AMOUNT ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE.

(FOR 2 PERSONS: 1 TEA BAG, 200ML 75°C HOT WATER)

2. AFTER STEAMING FOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS, LIGHTLY SHAKE THE TEA BAG WITH CHOPSTICKS AND TAKE IT OUT. POUR INTO A TEACUP AND ENJOY
