Recipe - *DR-1962 HOUSE MENTAIKO PASTE (COD ROE PASTE)
Mentai butter potato
Easy to make because it comes in a tube!
Cooking time: about 10 minutes

[Ingredients (for one piece)]
1 medium potato,
1 teaspoon Mentaiko paste(40g),
10g butter

[How to make]
1. Wrap the potato in plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3-4 minutes until softened to the center.
2. Make a cross cut in the potato (1), sandwich the butter between the potatoes, and squeeze out the Mentaiko paste.

*Quick note: Microwave heating time varies depending on the model and wattage, so please adjust according to the model you are using.
