1. DISSOLVE THE CHAWANMUSHI MOTO IN 200ML OF HOT WATER.
2. COOL TO BODY TEMPERATURE, THEN ADD 1 BEATEN EGG AND MIXWELL.
*IF YOU ADD THE BEATEN EGG BEFORE IT GETS COLD, THE HEAT MAY CAUSE THE EGGS TO HARDEN.
3. POUR INTO TWO DEEP HEAT-RESISTANT CONTAINERS, PLACE THEM SIDE BY SIDE WITHOUT WRAPPING, AND HEAT IN THE MICROWAVE AT 500W FOR ABOUT 3 MINUTES (600W FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES AND 30 SECONDS).
(IF IT DOES NOT SOLIDIFY, REHEAT FOR ANOTHER 10 SECOND.)

PLACE THE CONTAINER CONTAINING THE CHAWANMUSHI IN A POT, FILL WITH WATER TO ABOUT HALF THE HEIGHT OF THE CONTAINER, BRING TO A BOIL, THEN COVER AND HEAT OVER LOW HEAT FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES.
