Recipe - SC-579 SAIKYO SHIROMISO DELUXE (SOYBEAN PASTE: WHITE MISO)
 
INGREDIENTS:
DASHI 500CC
SAIKYO MISO 3TBSP
YUZU PEEL 2SHEETS
TOFU 1/2
BONITO FLAKE

1. PUT THE BROTH IN A PAN AND HEAT WITH MEDIUM FLAME, ADD THE SAIKYO MISO PASTE AND MIX.

2. MIXING WITH CHOPSTICKS, ADD TOFU AND GRADUALLY.

3. WHEN THE TOFU IS WARM, SERVE IT IN A BOWL. ADD YUZU PEEL TO THE MISO SOUP IN (2). BOIL IT AND TURN OFF THE HEAT. POUR MISO SOUP ONTOP OF TOFU AND SPRINKLE BONITO FLAKES.
