TANUKI UDON
- Kansai-style udon soup stock that always you to fully enjoy the deliciousness of the dashi. -
 
[ How to make Dashi soup (serves 4) ]
Add 1 heaped teaspoon(4g) into 600ml of water or boiled water.

[ Approximate amount for serves 1 ]
1 teaspoon = 2g

Miso soup/Pork miso soup.....1/2 teaspoon per 150ml of water
Noodle soup.....1/2 teaspoon per 200ml of water
Stew....2 teaspoon per 600ml of water
Oden.....2 teaspoon per 800ml of water
