INGREDIENTS FOR 2-3 SERVINGS
-1 EGG
-A PINCH OF SALT
-A LITTLE PEPPER
-A LITTLE OIL
-1 CLOVE OF GARLIC
-160G RICE
-60G BACON
-1/2 ONION
-1 TABLESPOON OF DR1276
-A PINCH OF SALT
-A LITTLE PEPPER
-1/2 PINEAPPLE
-PARSLEY, TO TASTE
HOW TO MAKE IT
1. CRACK THE EGGS INTO A BOWL AND SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
2. ADD OIL TO A FRYING PAN, ADD SLICED GARLIC, AND FRY OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL CRISPY, THEN REMOVE FROM THE FRYING PAN. ADD MORE OIL, AND WHEN IT IS HOT, ADD THE EGGS FROM STEP 1 AND STIR VIGOROUSLY. WHEN THE EGGS ARE HALF-COOKED, ADD THE RICE AND MIX WITH A SPATULA IN A CUTTING MOTION.
3. ADD THE CHOPPED BACON AND CHOPPED ONION AND MIX AGAIN.
4. TURN OFF THE HEAT, ADD YAKINIKU SAUCE, HEAT AGAIN AND SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
5. PLACE STEP 4 INTO THE HOLLOWED-OUT PINEAPPLE, THEN TOP WITH FINELY CHOPPED PINEAPPLE AND PARSLEY.
