DR-2721 DAICHU NAGA HIJIKI
 
Description: Preparation
In a bowl, soak Naga Hijiki in 1L of water for 15 – 20 minutes. Rinse the arame 2 to 3 times inside the bowl. Take it out and put onto a strainer. Place the strainer back into the same bowl of water, rinse again. Remove and cut into bite size.
 
Recipe:
Ingredients - Naga Hijiki 1pkt Beancurd 1pc
Japanese Fish paste 50gm Carrot 50gm
Salad oil 1tbsp Dashi Jiru (DR-2681) 1 cup
Soya sauce 2 tbsp Sugar 2 tbsp
1. Pour hot water over beancurd to remove the oil. Cut the beancurd into cubes. Shred carrot into thin slices, Cut fish paste into small pieces.
2. Heat the salad oil in a pan, add in prepared Naga Hijiki, carrot and fish paste. Stir-fry. Then add beancurd. Next, add in Dashi Jiru and boil.
Add soya sauce and sugar. With medium flame to small flame, cook until the dashi evaporated.
