A slight scent of melon, green apple, and wood is felt, and a subtle aged scent reminiscent of aged sake for 10 years ago stands out. As a result of investigating the process of aging in detail, it has been reborn as a sake with a different presence from the past, with its unique "old scent" and "old taste". That is "Kukurihime". The taste deepened by aging is by no means gorgeous, but the condensed flavor will give the drinker a sense of satisfaction.
