Recipe - SR-206 HIC EBI FRY (VIETNAM) 31/40 (BREADED SHRIMP)

1. HEAT OIL TO AROUND 180 DEGREE.

2. DEEP FRY THE EBI FRY WHEN THE PRODUCT IS UNDER FROZEN CONDITION.

3. DEEP FRY ABOUT 2-3 MINS DEPEND ON THE OIL TEMPERATURE.

4. FLIP OVER TO ANOTHER SIDE DURING FRYING, FRY TILL PRODUCT BECOME GOLD BROWN COLOR.

5. REMOVE FROM THE OIL AND LET THE EBI FRY DRAIN FOR FEW MINUTES.
