Pork/Chicken Ball Soup
Ingredients (serve 2) :
Pork/Chicken Ball - 6 pieces
Spinach - ½ bunch
Winter Melon - 100g
Water - 1 ¼ cup
Hinode Hon Mirin (DR2801/2802) - 2 tbsp
Hinode Ryorishu (DR2803/2804) - 4 tbsp
Hinode Soba Sauce (DR2805) - 1 ½ tsp
White Pepper - pinch
1. Cut the spinach and winter melon into bite-size pieces.
2. Pour the water into a pot and bring it to boil at medium heat.
3. Put the winter melon into the pot. When the melon’s colour turned clear, add in the pork/chicken balls.
4. When the pork/chicken ball’s colour start to change, add in the spinach.
5. When the spinach is cooked well, add in the Hinode Hon Mirin, Hinode Ryorishu and Hinode Soba Sauce.
6. After five minutes, add in the pepper for flavour.
