[ How to use authentic shiitake powder ]

1) Add shiitake powder to the preparation 10 minutes before cooking.
2) For a dish for four people, 1 tablespoon of shiitake powder or 1 teaspoon of shiitake powder soaked in water is the appropriate amount.
3) This will enhance the unique umami flavor of each ingredient in the dish without adding any shiitake flavor.
