Recipe - DR-3148 HEINZ TORI NO CREAM NIKOMI SAUCE (CREAM SAUCE FOR CHICKEN STEW)
[Ingredients (3-4 servings)]
This product: 1 pack (200g)
Chicken thigh: 1 piece (280g)
Shimeji mushrooms: 1 pack (100g)
Milk: 100ml
Vegetable oil or butter: 1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper: a pinch
 
[Recipe]
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and cook the bite-sized pieces of chicken, seasoned with salt and pepper, skin-side down over medium heat until browned.
2. Add the shimeji mushrooms and sauté briefly, then add 1 packet of this product and 100ml of milk.
3. Simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes, stirring to coat everything. Once the chicken is cooked through and the flavors have blended, it's ready.
