Recipe - DR-1450 HEICHINROU MABOTOFU NO MOTO (MAPO TOFU SAUCE)

INGREDIENTS:
TOFU 1 PKT
MINCED PORK 100 GM
LEEK 1/3
GARLIC 1 SLICE

PREPARATION:
CUT TOFU INTO 2 CM
LEEK CHOPPED
GARLIC CHOPPED

*TO YOUR LIKING, YOU MAY ADD TOBANJANG OR DR-1988 CHILI OIL

*INSTEAD OF MINCED PORK, YOU MAY USE BEEF / CHICKEN / VEGETABLE.

1. HEAT UP FRYING PAN AND PLACE 2 TBS OF SALAD OIL. ADD MINCED MEAT AND STIR-FRY TILL COOK ON HIGH HEAT.
ADD CARROT AND GARLIC AND STIR-FRY.

2. TURN TO MEDIUM HEAT AND ADD DR-1450 AND CUT INTO BITE SIZE TOFU. ONCE COOKED, ADD LEEK AND MIX WELL.
