PREPARATION:
ONION: CUT TO 1 CM AND STICK
BELL PEPPER: REMOVE STEM AND SEED AND CUT INTO BITE SIZE.
LOTUS ROOT: CUT TO 3 MM QUARTER SLICE
CARROT: CUT INTO STRIPS
PORK: CUT INTO BITE SIZE
 

HOW TO COOK:
1.PLACE OIL IN A FRYING-PAN AND HEAT UP. STIR-FRY PORK.

2.ONCE COOKED, ADD LOTUS ROOT, CARROT, ONION, BELL PEPPER.

3.ONCE STOP FLAME, ADD DR-1160 AND MIX WELL.
