INGREDIENTS.
PORK: APPROX. 200 G
GREEN PEPPERS: 6 (APPROX 120G)
RED PEPPER: 1 (APPROX. 20G)
ONION: 1/4 ONION (APPROX. 70 G)
GARLIC: 1 CLOVE
GINGER: A PINCH

PREPARATION
PORK: SHREDDED
GREEN AND RED PEPPERS, ONION: FINELY CHOPPED
GARLIC AND GINGER: MINCED

1 FRY THE MEAT (HIGH HEAT)
IN A HOT FRYING PAN, ADD 2 TBSP OIL AND FRY THE MEAT, CHOPPED GARLIC AND GINGER UNTIL COOKED.

2 ADD VEGETABLES AND SAUCE (MEDIUM HEAT)
ADD THE VEGETABLES TO 1 AND STIR-FRY FURTHER; WHEN THE VEGETABLES ARE WILTED, ADD THE PRODUCT AND STIR-FRY TOGETHER.
