INGREDIENTS
TOFU: 1 TOFU (APPROX. 350-400 G)
MINCED PORK: APPROX. 100 G
1/2 SPRING ONION (ABOUT 50 G)
1 CLOVE GARLIC

PREPARATION
TOFU: CUT INTO 2 CM CUBES (IF YOU COOK THE TOFU IN HOT WATER FOR 2 MINUTES, IT WILL KEEP ITS SHAPE AND THE FLAVOURS WILL BLEND MORE EASILY).
SPRING ONION: ROUGHLY CHOPPED
GARLIC : MINCED

1 FRY THE MINCED MEAT (HIGH HEAT)
HEAT A FRYING PAN OVER HIGH HEAT, ADD 2 TBSP OIL AND FRY THE MINCED MEAT UNTIL COOKED THROUGH. THEN ADD THE MINCED GARLIC AND FRY FURTHER.

2ADD THE SAUCE (MEDIUM HEAT).
ADD THE PRODUCT AND CUBED TOFU TO 1. BRING TO A BOIL, THEN ADD THE COARSELY CHOPPED SPRING ONIONS AND STIR TO COMBINE.
