SERVES 3~4 PERSONS

INGREDIENTS
MUKI SHRIMPS: APPROX. 200 G
POTATO STARCH: 1 TBSP
SPRING ONION: 1/2 LEEK (APPROX. 50 G)
GARLIC: 1 CLOVE
GINGER: A PINCH

PREPARATION
SHRIMPS: REMOVE THE BACKS, BLOT DRY AND DUST WITH POTATO STARCH.
SPRING ONION: ROUGHLY CHOPPED
GARLIC AND GINGER: MINCED

1 FRY THE PRAWNS (LOW TO MEDIUM HEAT).
HEAT 1 TBSP OIL IN A FRYING PAN, FRY THE MINCED GARLIC AND GINGER WELL.
ADD THE PREPARED PRAWNS AND STIR-FRY UNTIL COOKED THROUGH.

2 ADD THE SAUCE(LOW HEAT)
ADD THE PRODUCT TO 1 AND BRING TO THE BOIL, THEN ADD THE COARSELY CHOPPED SPRING ONIONS AND STIR GENTLY TO COMBINE.
