INGREDIENTS FOR 2 SERVINGS
- 200G BEEF STEAK
- A PINCH OF SALT
- A LITTLE PEPPER
- 300G RICE
- 1 GREEN PEPPER
- 1 TEASPOON OIL
- 2 TABLESPOONS DR1279 GARLIC SAUCE
- 10G BUTTER
- PARSLEY SUITABLE AMOUNT
- 1 CLOVE OF GARLIC

HOW TO MAKE IT

1. CUT THE BEEF STEAK INTO 1.5CM PIECES AND SPRINKLE WITH SALT AND PEPPER. REMOVE THE SEEDS FROM THE BELL PEPPER AND CUT INTO 1.5CM CUBES. FINELY CHOP THE PARSLEY.

2. ADD OIL TO A FRYING PAN, FRY THE SLICED GARLIC UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN, THEN REMOVE. HEAT THE SAME FRYING PAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT AND FRY THE STEAK, THEN REMOVE. ADD THE BELL PEPPERS AND FRY UNTIL SOFT, THEN ADD THE RICE AND BREAK IT UP.

3. WHEN THE RICE BECOMES FLUFFY, ADD GARLIC SAUCE AND STIR FRY, THEN ADD BUTTER. FINALLY, ADD THE STEAK MEAT AND PARSLEY, MIX WELL, AND SPRINKLE WITH GARLIC CHIPS.
