HOUSE KOKUMARO CURRY MILD / MED.HOT / HOT
(5 SERVINGS)

INGREDIENTS:
1 PACKET OF DR-3004 / DR-3005 / DR-3006
MEAT 200GM (BITE SIZE)
ONION 1 1/2 (BITE SIZE)
POTETO 1PC (BITE SIZE)
CARROT HALF (BITE SIZE)
SALAD OIL / BUTTER 1 TEA SPOON
WATER 700ML

HOW TO COOK:

1. IN A POT PLACE SALAD OIL OR BUTTER, STIR FRY MEAT & VEG.

2. ADD WATER, REMOVE FOAM. BOIL INGREDIENTS TIL SOFT WITH SMALL TO MEDIUM FLAME.

3. ONCE STOP FLAME. ADD ROUX & MIX WELL.

4. TURN ON FLAME, BOIL ANOTHER 10 MINS WITH SMALL FLAME.
