1. CUT VEGETABLES & MEAT INTO BITE SIZE AND STIR FRY.
2. ADD WATER (150ML),MILK(800ML) AND BOIL FOR 2-3 MINUTES ON LOW TO MEDIUM HEAT.
3. ADD HOKKAIDO CHOWDER ROUX 1PKT
4. ADD CLAM AND BOIL ANOTHER 5 MINUTES.

1. PLACE SALAD OIL IN A POT AND STIR-FRY CHOPPED BACON AND VEG WITH MED FLAME.
2. ADD 800ML OF MILK AND 150ML OF WATER WITH MED FLAME. ONCE BOILED, TURN TO SMALL FLAME FOR 2-3MIN.
3. TURN OFF FLAME AND ADD ROUX.
4. ADD ASARI CRAM AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 5MIN WITH SMALL FLAME WITH MIXING.
