Recipe - *DR-4011 NISSIN FOODS SHINSHU SARASHINA HACHIWARI SOBA
SARASHINA HACHIWARI SOBA
 
Ingredients
Hachiwari Soba 250gm
Spring Onion Tsuyu (Nissin Soba Tsuyu)
Wasabi to your liking

1. Cut spring onion into pieces.
2. Pour the water in a big pan and boil it.
3. Put the Hachiwari soba in the pan with boiling water.
4. Mix it not to stick in the pan.
5. Boil it for 4 minutes.
6. Take soba out from the pan and put it on zaru (basket). Drain hot water and rinse soba with cold water. Pour the Tsuyu in a cup and put green onion and wasabi to your liking.
7. Please serve soba after draining well with water.
