Recipe - *DR-4012 NISSIN FOODS SHINSHU SARASHINA JUWARI SOBA
SHINSHU SARASHINA JUWARI SOBA
 
To cook 100gm of noodle, you will require more than 1L of water.
- If the noodles are not used up, tie and store it well.
- Once cooked, consume soonest possible.
- When cooking the noodles, use a stick or fork to slightly stir, to loosen the noodles.
 
1. Boil 1L of water. Add noodle to cook, until water boils again.
2. After it boils, turn to small flame and continue to boil for 3 minutes.
3. Turn off fire. Cover the lid, leaving a little space to release the steam. Leave it for 2 mins.
4. Drain water.
5. For Cold Noodle: Rinse with tap water before serving.
For Hot noodle: Boil the noodles slightly shorter, add Tsuyu.
