RECIPE: SEAFOOD SALAD
 
1. COOK THE MARONY IN HOT WATER FOR 5 – 6 MINUTES. WASH WELL WITH COLD WATER. DRAIN WATER.
 
2. BOIL SOME SHRIMPS, SQUID AND ASPARAGUS. CUT SOME GREEN BELL PEPPER.
 
3. MIX TOGETHER WITH MARONY AND POUR YOUR DESIRED DRESSING ON TOP.
 
 
 
 
 
FOR 3 - 4 SERVINGS
INGREDIENTS:
DR2625 50G
SNOW CRAB (LEG) 300G
2 SLICES OF WHITE FISH
1 SMALL CHICKEN (THIGH) (200G)
TOFU (SILKEN) 1/2 CLOVE
CHINESE CABBAGE 1/3 SHARE
1/3 CARROT
1 GREEN ONION
ENOKITAKE MUSHROOMS 1/2 PACK

3 TABLESPOONS MISO
1 TBSP HON MIRIN
2 TABLESPOONS CHICKEN SOUP STOCK
1 TSP SOY SAUCE
600ML WATER
A PINCH OF SALT

1. CUT WHITE FISH, CHICKEN, TOFU, AND CHINESE CABBAGE INTO BITE SIZE. SLICE THE CARROTS INTO LONG STRIPS WITH A PEELER, AND CUT THE GREEN ONIONS INTO DIAGONAL SLICES 1 CM WIDE. THE ENOKI MUSHROOMS ARE CUT IN HALF AND DIVIDED INTO SMALL BUNCHES.

2. PUT (A) IN A THICK POT AND BRING TO A SIMMER, OTHER THAN CARROTS ADD INGREDIENTS IN (1) AND SIMMER UNTIL THE INGREDIENTS ARE COOKED. ADD CARROTS, DR2625 AND SIMMER FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES.

3. TURN HEAT TO LOW, ADD CRAB AND SIMMER.
