Recipe - *DR-5057 NISSIN FOODS SUPER CAMERIA DRY YEAST (DRY YEAST)
 
INGREDIENTS:
DRY YEAST (DR-5057) 6GM
40°C WARM WATER 100CC
SUGAR 3GM

*DO NOT USE MORE THAN 50°C WARM WATER
*IF ADD TOO MUCH SUGAR, THE FURMANTATION WILL LESS
*PRELIMINARY FERMENTATION ARE NOT NECESSARY

1. ADD DRY YEAST IN A CONTAINER.
2. POUR WARM WATER & SUGAR INTO A BOWL.
3. ADD NO. 2 INTO NO.1, MIX WELL.
4. LEAVE IT FOR 10 - 15 MINS. (BUBBLE WILL APPEAR AFTER 5 MINS)
