Recipe - *DR-5452 INASHOKUHIN CUP JELLY STRAWBERRY
INA KANTEN PAPA - MAtCHA / COFFEE / STRAWBERRY / BUDO / PEACH AJI CUP

(Makes 13 cups) 1 cup ≈ 90ml

1. Inside a bowl, pour 1000 to 1100ml of hot water (>80°C).
2. Add in a packet of kanten papa jelly powder. Mix well for 1 minute.
3. Pour into smaller serving cups (90ml per cup). Keep in the refrigerator until harden.

*Note: If you boil water in a pot and pour in the jelly powder, the jelly will not harden at times. Therefore, it is recommended you use hot water from the flask.
