DR-1762 NISSIN ONIKUGA SOFT NI NARU
 
Description:
Meat will get soft with this karaage ko. It tastes just as good when it is cooled.

Recipe 1: COMMON
100gm of meat = 10gm of powder (Depending on the amount of meat you required)
Therefore, 400 – 500gm of meat would need 40 – 50gm of powder respectively.
*The same measurement can be use for meat, fish and vegetables.
1. Pour powder in a bowl and put in the meat you want to deep-fry. Do not add in any water. Coat well. (You may wish to place powder and meat in a plastic bag for this coating step)
2. Marinate for 5 minutes.
3. Deep-fry in oil at 160 - 170°C. (1 piece of bite size chicken meat requires ≈3minutes)

Recipe 2:
DEEP FRIED WANTON (4 servings)
 
Ingredients:
Karaage Ko 1 tbsp Grated Ginger ½ tsp
Minced pork 100gm Wanton Skin 24pcs
Leek, chopped finely ¼ pc Oil for deep frying
1. In a bowl, place minced pork, leek, grated ginger and karaage ko. Mix well.
2. Place a bit of (1) in the centre of a piece of wanton skin and seal with a little water, to a triangular shape. Repeat till meat finishes.
3. Deep fry wanton in oil at 120°C or until golden brown. Ready to serve.
