1. CUT INGREDIENTS INTO BITE SIZE. IF WATERY, SPRINKLE WHEAT FLOUR.

2. PUT A INTO BOWL AND ADD WHEAT FLOUR AND MIX WELL.HEAT UP DEEP FRY PAN WITH OIL.

3. DIP INGREDIENTS INTO MIXTURE IN THE BOWL AND DEEP FRY 170-180?
(BEFORE DEEP FRY, PLEASE CHECK TEMPERATURE. DROP A FEW MIXTURE AND SEE IF IT SINK IN THE MIDDLE OF OIL AND SOON COME UP TO SURFACE)

4. ONCE COOK, DRAIN OFF OIL.
