Recipe - NISSIN FOODS JIKAZUKE PANKO (BREAD CRUMBS)
DR-1764 NISSIN JIKAZUKE PANKO
Description: Once open, consume soonest possible. Do not put back the breadcrumbs that you have already removed from packet. Remember to seal it back using a rubber band if unused.
1. Coat both sides of pork cutlet well. Press crumbs down to cutlet with hands if necessary.
*When meat is too dry, it will be difficult for bread crumbs to stick on. So, please do not coat meat and leave it aside for too long.
2. Deep fry until golden brown in oil of 170 - 180°C.
→ Able to cook up till 11 – 12pcs of cutlet and 30pcs of Ebi fry.
→ Cannot be used on processed meat products such as ham, sausages, vegetables and croquette.
